To be a UOB Management Associate, you should preferably have or possess the following:
Fresh Graduate with at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional with less than 2 years of working experience, from all disciplines
Be passionate and self-driven to deliver performance excellence
Demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and be a team player
